  I used to take my car here occasionally when I couldn't make it for a quick oil change at my auto repair shop. Never again. Although I personally haven't had direct problems, my fiance took his car there for a quick change. Big mistake. When he went to his car, the window was rolled all the way down, unlike the rest of the serviced cars which had the windows rolled up completely. Why? His window was stuck fully rolled down after taking it in! No warning from the Wal-Mart employees and no apologies! We understand they state they aren't responsible for things that break during servicing, but it's completely rude and unprofessional to not even inform the customer of what has occurred and later, not apologize for the failure of notification when the customer approaches you about the problem. If anything occurs to you, don't even bother speaking with management, who clearly cares nothing about customer service, as he too did not even apologize for the lack of notification. Save yourself the trouble and go to a place with good customer service. Paying more money and taking more time is worth it.
